What are the ingredients in your cakes?

We have a dedicated INGREDIENTS page showing ingredients for all sponges, cream, toppings, etc.

Can I send somebody else to pick up the cake on my behalf?

Yes, of course.  Please ask them to bring the order number along with your name.

Are your cakes Halal?

All of our cakes and toppings are 100% vegetarian.  No alcohol or animal products except milk and cream are used.  This is acceptable for most faiths.

Are your cakes Vegan?

No, our cakes contain dairy.  Milk and cream are used in all cakes.

Are your cakes vegetarian?

Yes, all of our cakes and toppings are 100% vegetarian.  The only animal products used are milk and cream.  We have been approved by the Vegetarian Society.

Can I cancel my order?

We may be able to cancel and provide a refund depending on whether or not the cake has been made.  Cakes are usually decorated on collection day to ensure freshness.  Please contact the store and let them know about the cancellation as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

Do you provide delivery service?

No, unfortunately we do not deliver at this time.

Do all cakes have fresh cream?

Yes, all of our cakes have fresh cream. 

Are the sponges frozen?

No, the sponges are never frozen.  We only use freshly baked sponge that has been cooled.

Do your cakes contain nuts?

Some of our cakes have nuts as a topping.  The nuts will be mentioned on the cake description page.  Although we do not use nuts in the manufacturing process, we cannot guarantee 100% nut free cakes.

Are the pictures edible?

Yes, all pictures are printed with edible ink and printed on thin icing sheets that are also edible.

Do you sell candles?

Yes, we have a wide range of candles available to purchase in store.
